Earl, Executive Board Member George Smith of Marshall, Vice President Del McCord of Chatham, and Executive Board Member Terry Draper of Mascoutah. Unable to attend were Executive Board Member Rick Hardesty of Farmer City, Executive Board Member Rick Abell of Metropolis and Building Committee Member Mike Collins of Bethany. Hazel, Birk, McInturff, and Smith also serve on the Building Committee. |
